Bengal Cat      Long Island New York

Return to HOME page                    Snow Queens of Pleasant Pond

We are pleased to share our Bengal Cat Queens with you.  The girls of Pleasant Pond have a relatively short career as breeders before being neutered and placed in loving cat homes.  After retiring from breeding, usually after 2 or 3 years at most, they are neutered and offered for adoption.  We generally have a waiting list for our next retired Bengal Queen, because people have met them during a visit to purchase a Bengal kitten.  We work to match each Queen's personality with that of her adoptive family.

During their breeding career they are handled, loved and played with everyday.  Some of the girls like living in our house with family members and dogs, while others prefer the security of a "den" arrangement located in our cat barn.  Some find the dogs and grand children a delightful part of their existence, while others delight in a more serene environment away from the busy household.  All are socialized to dogs, other cats, human beings; large and small.

Ici is a lovely silver seal lynx leopard girl.  She is a large girl with good acreage and beautiful coat color.  Her head conformation and profile are also very nice.  She will be a part of both our snow and silver breeding programs.
